El Cedral

Cedral passets its name from the shape of its large, natural u-shaped coral amphitheater which can be disFly along this carpeted reef while being circled along your way by the huge friendly grouper. The current here provides a brisk ride. The famous green eel of Cedral Pass occasionally joins you for a swim alongside. A nice tunnel, with the sun beaming through from overhead, helps to make this circus of a reef even more fun. While the corals here remain small, the marine life makes it one of our most exciting dives.

Santa Rosa Wall 80 ft

Glide along this enchanting wall. While the wall is best dove at 80 ft you are flying suspended over the deep blue. Wave your way in and out of the tunnels. Look above to see the sentry lion’s head. Large angles and grouper accompany you on your journey past he giant spongesof Santa Rosa Wall. A MUST dive for Cozumel.

Colombia Wall

Explore the depths through the tunnels in Colombia. Drift along the wall edge. Wave through the tremendous coral heads beginning from 60 ft to 100 ft and more to reach within 30 ft of the surface.Swim through the schools of silver sides and glassy sweepersresiding here in the deep. Depending on the season, you may find turtles (summer) and eagle rays (winter) here.

 

Palancar Garden

While in other sections of Palancar the marine life may not be profilic, here at the gardens, it is. A richly hued dive with lots of friends: angels, butterflies and tangs, just to name a few. The lavender colored vase sponges are everywhere while the whips sway along with the mild current. Photography is good on this section of Palancar Reef.

What more can be said about the World Famous Palancar Reef ? Come and dive into the room sized caves and tunnels. Black coral and colorful sponges are to be found growing in the depths here. The sheer size of the coral formations are incredible. While on the wall, be sure to look up to see the enormity of Palancar’s mountains.
