Located between the Gulf of Mexico and the unique salt water inlet of Celestun, this little niche is rich with ecological wonders, home to many species of birds and a popular habitat for breeding sea turtles. Imagine walking by the hotel 3 mile secluded virgin beach full of shells, while you hear the sounds of the tranquil sea, watching the coastal birds or even the sea turtles nesting.

For ecological reasons the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, 2 ceiling fans, a well-designed air circulation system and the Mayan technology, “la palapa” (thatched roof), will provide you enough refreshing ventilation.

At Eco Paraiso we want you to disconnect with civilization and connect with nature, that’s why we don’t have television in the bungalows. If you want to watch a T.V. program or a movie, at the Club House we have a plasma T.V. with satellite signal (with many channels from U.S.A and U.K.)

Our 15 spacious attractively furnished bungalows were designed to harmonize with the surrounding nature. Every bungalow has a private terrace and an amazing sea view.

Each bungalow has:

1. Two queen size beds surrounded by a fine fabric net to protect you from the mosquitoes and provide you with an intimate atmosphere.
2. Glass doors and wide windows so you can enjoy watching the moon before you sleep or the ocean when you wake up.  
3. A comfortable sofa for two or three persons, a coffee table and a reading lamp
4. Closet with a safety deposit box
5. Spacious bathroom with a shower designed to give you a sensation that you are showering in the open air, but surrounded with a bamboo wall to keep your privacy
6. Private terrace with a hammock, two rocking chairs and two benches.
7. Telephone
8. A window with a shelve where we will leave you coffee or tea in the mornings  or a tray with your room service, in order to provide you a personalized service while respecting your privacy
9. Light switches in the room and in the terrace to make your access easier
10. Electrical connections in the bungalow and terrace
