La Tortuga Hotel & Spa is a small hotel so each of our 45 rooms has personality and charm. All rooms have AC, Tv, telephone, inroom safe, ceiling fan, coffee machine, hairdryer. We provide you with daily beach towels for our beach club.

At Hotel La Tortuga we can organize for you a full or half day in Itzá Spa, just around the corner from the hotel, or a specialmassage or therapy right in your room.

Mamitas Beach Club

  The turquoise Caribbean sea meets the white beach, palmtrees sway in the mild breeze and the hot tropical sun shines down on you from the clear blue sky.

The soft, porous coral sand doesn't absorb the rays of the sun so it never gets hot.

The beach of Playa del Carmen is perfect for sun worshippers, castle builders and volleyball players alike. Your beach time will be best spent at our great beach club. You have access to a most spectacular strip of beach as well as free use of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Your food and drinks will be served to you wherever you are - on the restaurant wooden veranda or right where you are on the beach. For our younger guests, the party doesn't need to stop during the day! Mamita's offers you a lounge area with hammock beds and the best lounge music in town.

Agorá Restaurant Bar

Agorà Restaurant and Bar serves the finest Italian and International cuisine. Our specialty is local seafood. We will even cook up your own catch from your fishing adventure! Don't leave Playa del Carmen without having tried our delicious oven baked seafood "Pasta al Cartoccio", our scrumptious desserts, and our habit-forming cappuccinos.

Our bar serves some tasty cocktails too! Just try our mojito; it's the best in town. Our congenial atmosphere is created by good music and the ambient lighting of coconut lamps. And our guests of course!

Agorà Restaurant is also where you will have your breakfast as a guest of Hotel La Tortuga.
