The Suites

The Hotel Suites Las Gaviotas is a beautiful 4 story Mediterranean style hotel in Cancun overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon, Cancun hotel zone and Pok Ta Pok golf course.
We have 30 exclusive suites and penthouses, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room, fully equiped kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioned, telephone, cable T.V., totally furnished with daily maid service. Besides, you can cook your own dinner in your Suite saving a lot of money in food and drinks outside.

Facilities

Las gaviotas suites offers  total tranquility in our gardens, full of tropical plants and pool .  Take a refreshing bath in our swimming pool, overlooking the golf course, where your children will have a lot of fun totally safe.
If you practice golf, you can have a good time playing alone or with friends at the Cancun Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., with 18 holes, where you can rent your equipment and admire a beautiful view while you are playing.

Organize parties and reunions with your friends or family in our Club House, equipped with cable TV, pool table, barbecue apparel and furnished for your comfort. Please, let the Administration know when you plan to use the Club House for your private event so we can have it all ready for you.
The Administration is open 24/7 for your convenience. Please, let us know if you need anything while you stay at Las Gaviotas Cancun Hotel Suites. You can get snacks and soft drinks in the vending machine located in the Administration module.
